About Us

Commerce Credit Pty Ltd was founded in Sydney in 2002. Originally known as Sameday Credit, the company was established to provide short term flexible finance products - a market that was poorly served by the banks, and dominated by other smaller, often unscrupulous lenders.

As Sameday Credit grew, its lending product range grew as well. Small business borrowers, self-employed people and investors became our core customers. Finally, following a legislation change in 2006, the company name was changed to better reflect the market that the business operated in.

Commerce Credit now provides a range of financial services to small businesses, including vehicle secured loans, lines of credit, overdraft type facilities, factoring and invoice discounting and mortgage loans.

Through our sister company, Element Home Loans Pty Ltd, we also provide personal loans and residential mortgage loans through our panel of lenders.
